Return and Exchange Policy Please note that our return and exchange policy applies only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchange or return services to customers in other Gulf countries. Dear Ruby customers... The sale process and your purchase and use of the products available on this site are subject to the terms of use and service. The site will refund what you paid for orders that are not accepted or are canceled. Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty, agreement, and regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within two days from the date of receipt, and he has no right to exchange the product after two days. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from the product. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product, and for local exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs of 60 riyals and delivers the product to the shipping company. 3- All our products are made to order. Please review the size chart in the product description. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified. Return Policy: No returns after tailoring to the selected sizes. Return within one day if conditions are met: 1- If the product does not match the picture displayed on the site. Refund period is 3-7 days after the order arrives. Threads are an inseparable part of the dresses and are not considered a manufacturing defect since the dresses are made of threads. Please cut them with scissors and do not pull them. Discounted products: No returns or exchanges on discounted products. Delivery fees: Exchange via the representative inside (Jeddah - Mecca). Delivery costs are 50 riyals inside Jeddah and 50 riyals inside Mecca, and the representative can wait for the immediate return. Exchange fee of 35 riyals: The representative will be sent the next day to exchange the piece. Note that our representative can wait until the dress is measured and returned at the same time if it does not fit. Note: In case of order cancellation, a fee of 2% of the total order amount will be charged to the customer before starting to process the order, as a service fee. If the order has been shipped, the customer will be charged 60 riyals for shipping and return.
